Bailey (Parker) and Mike (Sore) made the process of - Brad

Bailey (Parker) and Mike (Sore) made the process of getting a new vehicle very easy and stress free. When I was first put in contact with Bailey regarding a specific vehicle I saw on the website we chatted about what I was looking for. Turns out that vehicle always at a different dealership and had been sold. Knowing what I was looking for specifically, Bailey searched and found the exact vehicle that ticked all the boxes. When he called me to inform me the first vehicle had been sold he followed up by saying he found another one that could be brought out to Canmore. I agreed and a week or so later drive it off the lot.

Aman Kombo was very thorough showing me the features of - Armand

Aman Kombo was very thorough showing me the features of the 2026 Tiguan Highline; it was obvious she knew a lot about the vehicle. She helped me decide between the two color options I had as well! After purchase, both Aman and Joseph Paonessa were extremely helpful in guiding me with the infotainment system and features, answering all is my questions. Highly recommended!

my experience started off really well, but once i - fast_lynn

my experience started off really well, but once i actually started the buying process it went off the rails. Starting with the incorrect address on my finance forms. Then truck had the wrong tire sensors installed , the locking lug nuts were not installed, and my windshield wiper hits the frame of the truck. I am big into hey let’s solve this. Nope, two phone calls to get the lug nuts, wind shield wiper still not addressed. Let’s talk about the balance of the money that they owed me, several calls finally got them to issue the cheque( wrong amount, wrong address,) had a family member pick up both cheques. as i wasn’t sure when I would get them. Promises made to correct the wiper issue and the lug nuts - crickets. it’s all in the service and they do not deliver. gave two stars only cause I really love the truck

Its been over a month since I picked up my Audi Q5 that I - Russ

Its been over a month since I picked up my Audi Q5 that I purchased with the help of Keven! I honestly decided 2 weeks before pulling the trigger on purchasing a new vehicle and I spoke to atleast 9 sales person from calgary, and edmonton all together and they're all quite amateurs quite frankly, they gave up too quickly. Its as if, they can't take or handle price objection too well. But Kev is built different. He was patient and worked with me throughout the process from sending pictures of the vehicle since I lived almost 1.5 hour away, answered all my question, showed the car fax and mechanical fitness. And in no time, 2 days of working with him, I wired him deposit without seeing the car in person. That wasn't the end of it, I told him the car needed new rotors and before picking it up, all four rotors were replaced and riding smoothly, better than the first test drive. From there, signed the paper work & concluded the transaction. Now, the wife wants the Cadillac Escallade in your parking lot, and we'll definitely come and see you regardless if you're allowed to sell them or not😂. Thanks Keven, happy selling my friend. Cheers.

I had an excellent experience at Innisfail Chrysler, - Sunny

I had an excellent experience at Innisfail Chrysler, especially dealing with Uche John and Manager Jev. Both were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Uche went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress free, while Jev was also very welcoming and supportive. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I can’t recommend this dealership enough. - HH88

I can’t recommend this dealership enough. We’ve suggested them to a number of friends. We bought our vehicle from them 5 months ago and we have had absolutely no problems with it. We didn’t want to go through a dealer but the vehicle we wanted was hard to find privately. We started with a few big-name dealerships and it was exactly why we wanted to avoid them. Sneaky, snakey sales personalities, high prices, one even tried to sell me a vehicle that was in an accident, they are fake people who are really annoying to deal with. The vehicle we wanted popped up at CarWest and we thought we may as well try since we weren’t getting anywhere with the others. They were respectfully responsive and honestly just NORMAL people. I felt like I was talking to my own friends or family. No one was trying to upsell anything, nice conversations, no fake interactions and very helpful in the overall process. They were upfront about how they acquire vehicles and their business model in wholesale. It is a lovely family-run place-I think we met 4 or 5 family members in the process. Highly highly recommend if you need a used vehicle.

I came to Norden Volkswagen to test drive a Tiguan since - Annette

I came to Norden Volkswagen to test drive a Tiguan since I’m still shopping around and comparing my options. Justin helped me out, and he was awesome to deal with! Even though I haven’t made a decision yet, he was still more than willing to help me and answer my questions. I really appreciate not feeling pressured to make a decision on the spot. I haven’t bought anything yet, but I wanted to leave a review because good customer service deserves recognition. Thanks for your help, Justin!

Had an excellent experience there. - thilakmahadura

Had an excellent experience there. All of the associates who helped me sell my car and get me a new one were very friendly & helpful, making sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. There names are Jordan Paul, Eve Marzecka, and Alan Kambeitz. If you plan on visiting T&T Honda make sure you get at least one of these guys to help you out. And my son said they had an excellent coffee machine over there.

We had a great experience at Kentwood Ford while helping - Jenson92

We had a great experience at Kentwood Ford while helping my daughter explore her options for a new vehicle. She had the opportunity to test-drive the Bronco Sport, and Jesse made the entire visit comfortable and enjoyable. He was professional, patient, and understanding, taking the time to explain the vehicle’s features and answer our questions without making us feel pressured to make a decision. We appreciated his friendly approach and willingness to let my daughter take her time getting a feel for the vehicle. We’re still considering our options, but if she decides the Bronco Sport is the right fit, we’ll definitely be back soon. Thanks, Jesse, for the excellent service and positive experience. Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my truck to Airdrie Dodge for all of - Renzo

I have been bringing my truck to Airdrie Dodge for all of the service and regular maintenance since I bought it and I have always been happy with the service. I brought my truck into Airdrie with an electrical issue and Andre was my service advisor. From the onset he was great, regularly provided me with updates. This issues was more in depth than originally anticipated and that’s when Andre stepped up and ensured that I was not without a vehicle that met the specific needs that I had. As mentioned earlier I have always been happy with the service I’ve received but this was above and beyond!! Truly top tier service.

I have taken my car to this dealership since 2008. - jacquelinewilliams008

I have taken my car to this dealership since 2008. The mechanic said I had an oil pan leak and it would cost me $730 including GST to fix. I was taking my car for an oil change and 12 point inspection, which in itself cost me $230. I got a second opinion and there is no leak, so if I would have listened without getting it checked by another mechanic I would have paid $730 for no reason! This dealership has become a money grab and I have decided to take my business elsewhere going forward. I’m so disappointed.
